Terrible company
Terrible company, terrible service.
I too have been waiting over 30 days and have been told about the ‘delays’ and ‘backlog’ yet they continue to send marketing emails and still advertise 8 day delivery on their website! How about sorting your backlog before tricking more people into purchasing from you!
Nobody seems to have a clue about what is going on in the company, avoid at all costs!!!!

Avoid like the plague
Avoid like the plague - no update on my order for three weeks, and when I finally get a response to several emails and facebook messages I'm told that due to a computer upgrade issue they were unable to send any orders (very unlikely - they haven't been able to send orders for weeks?!) and they are clearing their backlog and cant tell me when the item will be sent. At this point it is a MONTH after ordering, so they are still processing orders from over a month ago? I very much doubt it. And if I hadn't followed up would they have just not told me about the crazy delay.

Terrible service, terrible customer service, completely untrustworthy - avoid like the plague.

I have ordered from this company on…
I have ordered from this company on numerous occasions in the past. The fabric is always beautiful and the service was always quick. I too ordered at the beginning of June and received the standard response about delays. However I have e-mailed them again today and got an immediate response which felt more personalised to my order and explained they were working double shifts to catch up on the back log . I have now also received my despatch confirmation. I do think the issues they have been having are genuine although it would have helped matters had they prevented more orders going through during this time.
I will order from them again in the future but I may contact them again prior to ordering to ensure all the issues have been resolved.
Hopefully they will not lose too many previous customers during this time and that they can get back to their previous standard of service. My rating is purely based on this latest order. They have always deserved a much higher rating on previous occasions and hopefully will again soon.

Stay Away
From what I am reading and experiencing this company is turning into a scam. I Made an order on the 18th of June with a delivery schedule of 10 to 12 days from order, according to their website. At no time did I receive a warning at the time of placing my order, clearly stating of the delays that were already happening from way before my order. 2 Weeks later from date of placing my order I received an apology saying that they were experiencing delays due to upgrading, but no dispatch date until today, I have no idea if and when I will receive my order. From what I am reading they have continued to accept and receive orders, when they have not even attempted to clear the back log. An absolute SCAM

Stay well away! No delivery update after 3 full weeks.
Do not use! No notification of huge shipping delays due to a 'logistics upgrade' going on. I placed 2 orders on 14th and 15th June and I still have no idea when I can expect the goods to be delivered despite chasing for a date multiple times. I don't understand how a company can carry out an activity like this with no plan on how to continue to provide timely shipments!

Unfortunately, we have planned our project with the specific fabric and cannot source an alternative otherwise I would be going elsewhere. I will never use this company again, and I suggest you don't either.

Update - after multiple emails chasing with no response I have now had shipment confirmation on 8th July. Again no communication at all to let me know what was happening. It's currently with Evri (Hermes) so fingers crossed...

Stay away
Following a recent review I was advised to contact customer services, this I did. They continue to just respond by saying that they are unable to give me a delivery time (I was ordering 4 items) for all or part of my order. But will give me 10% off another order - not likely, and have repeatedly ignored my requests for a refund. I would not advise anyone to deal with this company.

Very disappointed. Poor communication.
I am so disappointed with this company. This is such a shame as I have used them before on several occasions and been very pleased with the fabrics.
My order was placed on 6th June and still nothing received, however payment was taken VERY promptly. When I look at my account it states 'in processing'. On making several email enquiries I am told to wait patiently as they are updating their logistics processes! Not much in the way of an apology other than a discount voucher to be included in my consignment (if it ever arrives)......
You have lost a regular customer and a bit more in the way of updates and communication would have been appreciated.

Do not order!
This website is not a scam as I have placed multiple orders in past the and received the items quickly and with no issues.
However I decided to go ahead and place a large fabric order a few weeks ago - after 2 weeks with no shipping confirmation I reached out and was told the order was still processing.
After waiting another week I sent another email outlining my frustration about the lack of updates/communication in regards to the delay (3 weeks from order, still not dispatched).
I received a response quite quickly however it read;

'We are sorry to hear that you have decided to cancel your order.
The cancellation will be confirmed in a separate email.
We hope to welcome you back soon!'

No explanation of what caused the delay - no apologies for the delay and lack of communication. I did ask for a refund in my email but only if my order would not be dispatched within the next couple of days.

I will not be buying from them again and I would recommend avoiding them for the foreseeable future as something has obviously gone seriously wrong behind the scenes judging by the other recent reviews. Disappointing as they used to be a great company with good customer service.

Avoid! No order received after almost a month
Avoid!! Customer service doesn’t help and has been a month now waiting for my order! They don’t reply to emails and the order shows still in process!!! Not to mention they’re not even based in the UK!

Still waiting on my order. I received no proactive communication that delivery might be delayed. I had to inquire myself about the missing delivery. Response was something along the lines of „sit tight and wait, too many orders“

No delivery, no response
Unfortunately my order from 3 WEEKS ago has never arrived. When I sent a query asking for the delivery date I got a lo g winded reply to a completely different Q (one about packaging). I'm about to check if I paid via PayPal to start claim back. Not helpful.

Ordered fabric 20 days ago still nothing
Ordered fabric 20 days ago. Still hasn’t shipped, they keep telling me the same bs over and over again, refusing to tell me when I can expect this fabric.
Professional on a deadline, do not trust them, they are unreliable and unprofessional

Updated: so it’s been almost 30 days and still nothing. They have no phone number to contact. They keep selling more and more fabric on their website (with no warning of delay) when they don’t even know when (and if) they can fulfill order from a month ago.
Their solution? Giving me a voucher, as if i would ever give them more money after not receiving my first order…
I cannot believe I paid so much for an order I won’t receive on time… what a way to screw professionals. I am fuming
DO NOT TRUST !!!!!

Still waiting for delivery from 5/6/22.
As there was no communication from them re late delivery/out of stock etc I contacted them for advice re delivery.
I had a reply but considering delivery is stated 10-12 days and I have been waiting 20 days I don’t think this is good.
No communication from them , late delivery, I certainly won’t be ordering again
